About JSO

The Jazz Society of Oregon™ is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote jazz music in the Pacific Northwest. We seek to provide jazz education, build membership engagement through events and publications, provide scholarships to new and existing artists and programs that teach jazz music, and foster a greater appreciation of this indigenous art form.

Many thanks to all of the members who have volunteered their time during the past 35+ years to keep this organization alive. New volunteers are always welcome. Just send mail to volunteer@jazzoregon.com
